Tim was a great host and the property was amazing.. they were so nice and accommodating and it was definitely worth it because I hosted my birthday part here and the backyard was so so good!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place. The location was perfect, and we loved how clean and well-decorated the property was. I will definitely would like to book again in this lovely home. Everything was well organized. Communication was 10 out of 10. I don’t have anything negative to say. We loved and enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a large group! Super responsive to any questions! Lake access is easy, we beached our jet ski within walking distance. Lots of trash cans outside. Pool and hot tub were clean and working great! Overall extremely happy with our stay!

Very beautiful place! The house smelled so wonderful right when you walk in! The showers are out of this world! The kids had so much fun! Very clear instructions! Timmy was very very friendly and very very proactive with responses! Very kind even when you’re texting super late at night! Will definitely have to book his place again! Worth the price!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at, to say the LEAST!! Our babies loved the yard and all the peaceful vibes that come with it. We stayed a while, & I have to say it was so easy. Very flexible check in, clean, great location, so secluded. We would be happy to stay at any of Tim’s spots. Absolutely wonderful host 💜

I have stayed at two of their homes now and everyone of them has been a absolute pleasant place. My crew was very satisfied of how prestige clean it was and the area was perfect. The host communicated in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again

Absolutely love this place! I stay at the 13 celebration whenever I come into town to visit family. It's roomy, clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and they have just about everything you need there. Tim is always helpful and very responsive to question or needs. The kids LOVE the backyard! If I could give this beautiful home and host 10 stars, I would!!

I think this is the second or third house we rented with Tim. You absolutely will not find a better host. He’s awesome to work with, and over the top accommodating. His houses are top-notch as well. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area and book one of his homes.
