We are super cool with our neighbors 😎 and we want to keep it that way so quiets hours outside after 11pm. No loud parties allowed. We are totally cool with family and friends getting together for games, special events, and concerts. We build the outdoor space to enjoy with friends and family. We have never had any problems and we want to keep it that way so just treat the place like it's yours and be kind to the neighbors as you would at home. pool is closed from December - March. Feel free to smoke outside by the bar just please clean up after yourselves . There is a firepit, outdoor TV mounted on the bar, and seating for you and your friends and family. If there is a noise complaint after 11pm everyone will be removed without any refund. We have never had any problems here so just be respectful of the neighbors and enjoy yourselves. To ensure we can accommodate your needs smoothly, please make any requests for late check-outs or early check-ins at least 1 hour in advance. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our scheduling and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for your understanding! If any guests smokes inside the home there will be a $300 deep cleaning and sanitizing fee. There are safety security cameras recording only on the exterior of the house for your safety and ours. They are two on the front of the house that cover the driveway and front door entrance and two on the back of the house covering the back gates, rear door, and back yard. There also is a noise monitoring device that alerts us if the noise levels raise above a certain decibel but don't record any sound just measure the decibel rating as consistent with our city codes. Again we have never had any problems and we want to keep it that way. There is also signage stating the presence of the devices.

Full Access to Your Private Oasis: You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the outdoor bar with a TV, a cozy fire pit, and the pool (now open) and hot tub, all enclosed by a privacy fence and enhanced with outdoor lighting. We wholeheartedly welcome your furry companions to join in the adventure! As a pet-friendly haven, we understand that your four-legged friends are an integral part of your family. For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we kindly request a modest pet fee of $100 per pet to ensure a clean and enjoyable environment. This fee goes towards maintaining the cleanliness of the space and providing amenities to make your pets feel as pampered as you do during your stay. Rest assured, your beloved pets will be treated with the same hospitality that we extend to all our guests, ensuring a delightful experience for both two-legged and four-legged visitors alike.
